David Dealy

Dave brings 32 years of Class 1 railroad operating and marketing experience, working 17 years with Union Pacific in various senior marketing and operating roles including Vice President – Southern Region,  He joined the Santa Fe Railroad in 1993 as Vice President – Transportation, a role he held for 15 years until retirement in 2007.  He joined Brooks International as a Managing Partner and managed projects in railroad, manufacturing, oil and gas, trucking and logistics.  He remains an advisor and investor in a variety of companies in the technology sector, all of them related to the transportation industry.

A 32-year career in the rail industry, working at Union Pacific and BNSF as well as consulting for Ferromex, the Watco Companies and Canadian Pacific Railway.

Dave was President and Chief Commercial Officer of InductEV, the global leader in high power inductive charging.  Dealy joined InductEV in June of 2023. InductEV was sold to Electreon in mid-2025. Prior to joining InductEV, he was Managing Director of Rosario Capital Partners, an Investment and Advisory Firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas.  Previous to his role at Rosario he was Managing Partner at Brooks International.  In addition, Dealy is an executive advisor to shift5 a DOD-based cybersecurity firm, Industrial Sun, a major provider of industrial solar energy in the Texas ERCOT market, the Wisconsin Transit and Reality Group and the Macquarie Group, Ltd.
