FUNDING STRUCTURE
Our initial private equity capital raise of $25-$50M for the first 24 months will allow WTRG to enter the FTA CIG program for predevelopment and purchase real estate for 9 rail platforms.
The second capital raise of $150 million, supplemented by two bond issuances, will be allocated to support the following initiatives:
• Environmental studies and 30% Engineering
• Engineering studies and design for rail and platforms
• Land acquisition and land options around the stations
• Rail Platform and Station Development
• Legal and Administrative Costs
• Construction and Equipment Purchases
*Total funding for Phase 1 KRM Rail Line will be $1B
