John Bollech

John G. Bollech serves as a Principal of Corporate Finance at Wisconsin Transit & Realty Group (WTRG), bringing over 40 years of financial and operational management experience to the organization. His career began in public accounting, where he specialized in construction, real estate development, hospitality, and banking industries.

After his tenure in public accounting, Mr. Bollech transitioned into corporate leadership as controller for a strategic joint venture and Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) development subsidiary of a $1 billion tax syndication corporation, where he refined his expertise in complex financial structures and investment management. He went on to expanded his managerial talents with an $800 million facility management organization with over 50,000 employees, where he was responsible for Mid-Atlantic M&A activities and directly supervised 3,000 employees.

Mr. Bollech's construction and development experience is extensive, encompassing more than 13,000 nationwide urban and multi-family housing units, shopping centers, hotels, and distribution centers. This background makes him well-suited for his role at WTRG, which is developing major transit and real estate projects in Wisconsin.

He obtained his accounting and finance degrees from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia. Additionally, Mr. Bollech serves as an instructor for the state of Virginia general contractor's licensing exam, further demonstrating his expertise in construction-related matters.
At WTRG, Mr. Bollech is part of the leadership team working on the transformative KRM (Kenosha-Racine-Milwaukee) commuter rail project, which aims to create a state-of-the-art transportation system along with billions in transit-oriented development throughout the region.
