Larry A. Tureson serves as a Principal and Partner at Wisconsin Transit & Realty Group (WTRG), leveraging his four decades of expertise in business development and executive leadership. As the concurrent President and CEO of Spyder Technology, he excels at strategic vision implementation, crafting organizational frameworks that align team capabilities with corporate objectives.
Throughout his career, Mr. Tureson has successfully created multiple business ventures. As CEO of Spyder Technology, he leads efforts supporting military and civilian federal agencies, state and local governments, and clients in the military, transportation, and education sectors. His expertise lies in strategy development and profitability enhancement, with a customized sales and leadership approach designed to optimize return on investment across all company sectors.
Prior to his current roles, Mr. Tureson served as Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer, and Chairman of the Board of Open System Sciences from 1992 to 2008. From 2009 to 2024, he has led Spyder Technologies as CEO, Treasurer, Chairman of the Board & President, where he guides company operations, builds business relationships, communicates with shareholders, and explores funding opportunities.
Mr. Tureson has extensive board experience, having served on the boards of directors for numerous companies including NCCS, OSS, SEI, ISS, American Computer, Virginia Builders, Global Thrift, and Spyder Technologies.
In his role at WTRG, Mr. Tureson is helping lead one of the largest infrastructure projects in Wisconsin's history - the KRM (Kenosha-Racine-Milwaukee) commuter rail system, which aims to transform the region through state-of-the-art transportation solutions and transit-oriented development.
